Orders & shipping

When does my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.

How long is delivery?
Standard delivery within the United States is 7–15 business days from the time you order — that window already includes the 1–2 business days we take to process. See Shipping & Delivery.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. We ship to all 50 states; international shipping is planned but not open yet.

Why do some orders ship slower?
Anything containing a lithium battery — any rechargeable or battery-powered item — and chemicals classed as dangerous goods can only travel by ground service. That is a transport regulation, not a choice we make. See Safety & Compliance.

Using what you buy

Will this work with what I have?
Every listing states what the item is rated for — materials, sizes, loads, voltages, what it fits. If your case is not on that list, write to us before you buy. A product used outside its rating fails at the worst moment and no refund fixes that.

Where do the numbers on a listing come from?
Ratings, capacities, dimensions and runtimes are the manufacturer's, measured under their test conditions. We publish only what we can check against the documentation. Where a figure depends on how you use the item — a bond on a prepared surface, a runtime at low load, a capacity with nothing else plugged in — the listing says so.

Can I get refills, spares or replacement parts later?
Where an item uses a consumable or a wear part, the listing says whether we stock it. We avoid products whose refills disappear after one season — a thing you cannot restock is a one-time purchase pretending to be a solution.

Is an emergency fix a permanent repair?
No. Anything sold as an emergency or temporary fix buys you time to arrange a proper one. Pressurised pipes, gas lines, mains wiring and anything structural need a qualified trade, whatever the packaging says.

Do electrical items come with US plugs?
Yes. Mains items are supplied for the US grid at 110–120V, 60Hz. Do not run them on 220V with an adapter.

My item uses a small round battery. Is that a problem?
It is if there are children in the house. Button and coin cells cause severe internal burns if swallowed — read Safety & Compliance before first use.

Returns & warranty

Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. See Returns & Refunds.

What if it fails after a few weeks?
That is warranty territory, not returns. See Warranty & Repairs.

My item arrived damaged.
Send a photo to support@nexuratool.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. Keep the packaging until we reply — the carrier may ask for it.
