Processing
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are processed the same day. Everything else is processed within 1–2 business days. Weekends and US public holidays are not business days.
Delivery times
Standard delivery within the United States: 7–15 business days from the time you place the order. That window already includes the 1–2 business days we take to process, so it is the number to plan around. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
What shipping costs
Free on orders of $49 or more. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $4.95 however many items are in the order. The rate is the same to every one of the 50 states — there is no surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere else, and no handling fee added at checkout.
What ships slower, and why
Two kinds of item can only travel by ground service:
- Anything containing a lithium battery — any rechargeable or battery-powered item, and spare battery packs.
- Chemicals classed as dangerous goods for air transport — adhesives, sealants, solvents, aerosols and the like.
Expect the longer end of the delivery window on those, and note that we cannot upgrade them to express at any price. The restriction is regulatory, not commercial.
Where we ship
All 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.
If a parcel does not arrive
If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, email support@nexuratool.com with your order number. We open the carrier claim — you do not have to.
