LED Neck Work Light

It hangs on your collarbones with a head on each side of your chest. Two beams come in from two angles and meet on the work, so the shadow of one hand gets filled in by the other beam. Each head pivots through 120° and has its own button, so you can run one or both.

How many lights

A 2- or 3-pack is that many separate lights, each complete and each with its own charging cable. The maker does not sell them as one boxed set, so they may arrive as separate parcels.

Light from your collarbones

Two beams from two angles.

One light source always loses to your own hands. A head torch, a phone propped on the wing, a lamp hooked on the bonnet catch — each throws your knuckles straight across the thing you are reaching for. This has a head on each side of your chest, so the shadow of one hand gets filled in by the other beam.

Two heads

Aim them separately, or run just one.

Each head sits at the end of the collar, roughly where your collarbone meets your shoulder, and pivots through 120°. Point them both at the same spot for crossed light with almost no hard shadow, or splay them apart to light the whole bay in front of you. Each has its own on/off button.

  • Crossed light kills the shadow

Two sources from two angles meet on the work. Whatever one hand blocks, the other beam fills in. That is the whole reason to put a light on your chest rather than your head.

  • A button each

Run one head or both. That sounds like a small thing until you want one beam on a page and nothing pointed at the room, or you are trying to make a charge last.

  • Nothing on your head

A hard hat, a hood, a beanie and ear defenders all stay where they are. No strap across your brow, nothing to re-seat every time you stand up.

The band is a fixed moulded collar, not a bendable gooseneck. You aim it once and it stays aimed — that is the trade for not being able to reshape it.

The specifics

Straight answers

Every figure here is the maker's own. Where it publishes nothing, this page says so rather than guessing — and on this product that is most of what you would want to know.

Full specifications

Full specifications

A rigid LED neck light with two pivoting heads, worn on the collarbones, charged over USB-C.

What it is
A rigid LED neck light with two pivoting heads, worn on the collarbones. One, two or three of them, whichever pack you choose — each one complete. It is a light you wear, not a torch you hold and not a head torch.
Heads
Two, one per side, each pivoting through 120° and each with its own on/off button.
Brightness
Two levels — high and low. If you want warm and cool reading modes, this is the wrong shelf.
Light output
Not published. The maker gives no output figure and no beam distance. Its spec table has eight lines and not one of them is a measurement.
The “10 W” in its spec table
We do not repeat it as a brightness claim. The whole light weighs 120 g including the battery, and a light actually drawing 10 W would flatten a cell that size in minutes. The maker publishes no cell size to check it against, so the number cannot be squared with anything.
Runtime
Not published. No hours, on either level.
Battery
Built in and not replaceable. The maker does not say how big it is. That sealed cell is what will eventually end its life, as with every light of this kind.
Charging
USB-C. A cable is in the box; a mains plug is not, although the photographs show one. Charging time is not published either.
Weight
120 g (4.23 oz), the maker's figure printed on its own diagram.
Head size
10 cm long × 2.6 cm tall × 2 cm wide (3.94 × 1.03 × 0.79 in) each. Read off the maker's own dimensioned drawing.
Band
A fixed moulded collar, not a bendable gooseneck. One size. The maker publishes no circumference, so we cannot tell you what neck it suits.
Water resistance
None claimed for this product. Treat it as not water resistant and keep it dry. The rating you may see in the PDF attached to the maker's listing belongs to a different lamp — see below.
The manual in the listing
It is for a different product. All six pages describe a head-mounted lamp on an elastic headband with a white and red light, four modes including SOS, and a water rating. This is a neck collar with two pivoting heads, two levels and no red light. So every figure in that PDF belongs to something else, and none of it is quoted here.
Marking
The maker states CE. No test report is published and we have not seen one.
Not included
A mains plug, a case, and anything else shown in the photographs.
Not published
Light output, beam distance, runtime, charging time, battery capacity, any water rating and the band size — the maker gives none of them, so we quote none. If a measured brightness number is what decides it for you, buy something that publishes one.
What a 2- or 3-pack is
That many complete lights, each with its own cable. The maker does not sell a boxed multi-pack, so it is simply the quantity you ordered. It may arrive as separate parcels, possibly a few days apart.

In the box, per light

  • 1 LED neck light
  • 1 USB-C charging cable

The maker prints no contents list, so this is what its own photographs show.

Where it earns its keep

Anywhere both hands are already busy

The beams point where your chest points, which is where your hands are. That is the whole case for it, and also its honest limit.

Under the sink

Under the sink

On your back under a trap, a head torch points at the ceiling of the cupboard. This points at the fitting in front of you, and the second head fills in what your wrist is blocking.

Outside, in the cold

Outside, in the cold

Gloves on, both hands on the job. Nothing to hold and nothing on your head to knock askew when you lean in.

At the tailgate

At the tailgate

Cooking or sorting kit in the back of a vehicle after dark, where there is no light to hang a lamp from and nowhere flat to stand one.

Reading in a tent

Reading in a tent

One head on, low, aimed down at the page. The other stays off, so you are not lighting up the whole tent or the person next to you.

Walking and running after dark

Walking and running after dark

It throws forward and low, and drivers see it. A convenience, not a safety device — no reflective or visibility standard is claimed and we are not going to imply one.

How it works

Charge it. Hang it on. Aim the heads.

Charge it. Hang it on. Aim the heads.
  1. Charge it

Plug the cable from the box into the USB-C port. It takes charge from a wall adapter, a laptop, a power bank or a car socket — handy if you want to top it up in the van between jobs. No mains plug is included.

  2. Hang it on

The moulded collar sits on your collarbones with a head resting on each side of your chest. One size, 120 g, and light enough that you stop noticing it. Nothing goes over your head, so a hard hat or a hood stays put.

  3. Aim and switch

Swing each head on its hinge until the beams meet on the work, then press. Each head has its own button and two levels: high for an engine bay or a crawl space, low for close work where full brightness bounces back at you.

Two buttons and two hinges are all there is to learn. What we cannot tell you is how long a charge lasts — the maker publishes no runtime and no charging time, and we would rather say that than invent a figure.
