Nail and screw holes, picture-hook marks, hairline cracks, chips where a door handle has been through the plaster, scuffs and dents behind furniture, patches where paint has peeled or a poster has taken the surface with it.
It goes on white and stays white, so on a white wall a single nail hole often needs nothing after it. On a coloured or textured wall you will still want to paint over the patch — the filler matches the surface, not your paint.

Clear the loose stuff
Scrape off anything flaking and make sure what is left is dry and free of dust.

Anything deeper than about 2 mm goes on in layers, not in one go.

Then sand it back with fine paper and wipe the dust off.

Paint if you need to
Two coats, two hours apart. On plain white, often not needed at all.

Bedrooms after the pictures come down, hallways where a bike has been past the wall a hundred times, the trim around a door that has taken a knock. Indoor work, small areas, in an afternoon.
It is a tub and a scraper, so the whole job travels in one hand. No mixing bucket, no water, nothing to wash out afterwards except the scraper.

Filler in an opened tub does not last forever — the lid is a screw top and it keeps well, but a 500 g tub bought for two picture hooks is mostly going in the bin. The photograph below shows the three tubs at their real relative size.

Straight answers
Four things we would rather you knew now
It is a filler, not paint. The maker's own instructions finish with "paint over it". On a plain white wall a small patch usually disappears on its own; on anything coloured, textured or sheened, expect to touch in the paint afterwards.
Thin layers, not one thick one. Over about 2 mm deep it goes on in passes with drying time between. Filling a 15 mm hole in one scoop is how you get a patch that cracks or sinks as it dries.
Small damage only. Nail holes, cracks, chips and scuffs. A fist-sized hole through plasterboard needs a patch plate behind it first — filler alone has nothing to hold on to.
Fix damp before you fill it. Some of the maker's photographs show walls that are wet or stained. Filler over a wall that is still damp will lift, and the stain comes back through whatever you paint on top. Stop the water, let the wall dry right through, then fill — and use a stain-blocking primer before painting.

Questions people ask
Before you order
Do I have to paint over it?
On a plain white wall, usually not — a filled nail hole sanded flat is hard to find. On a colour, a dark shade or anything with a sheen, yes: the patch will read as a flat white mark until you touch it in.
How big a hole can it fill?
Nail holes, screw holes, chips and cracks — the everyday stuff. For anything you could put a fist through, fit a patch plate or mesh first and use this to finish over it. Filler with nothing behind it will fall out.
How long before I can paint?
The maker says at least two hours before sanding, then paint. Cold or humid rooms take longer — if it still feels cool to the back of your hand, it is not dry underneath.
Which size do I need?
100 g for a few picture hooks. 300 g for a room you are handing back. 500 g for a whole flat or a wall with real damage. Filler is cheap; throwing away three quarters of a tub is the expensive part.
Will it work on wood or tile grout?
The maker lists both. Treat wood as a cosmetic fix — it fills a dent or a nail hole in painted trim, but it is not a structural wood filler and it will not take a screw.
Can I use it in a bathroom or outside?
It is written for interior repairs and we have no weather or immersion rating for it, so we will not claim one. A dry bathroom wall away from splashes is fine; a shower surround or an exterior wall is a job for a product sold for that.
Will it cover a water stain for good?
Not on its own. Filler is not a stain blocker — a brown or yellow water mark will bleed back through it and through the paint above it. Deal with the leak, let the wall dry, fill the damage, then use a stain-blocking primer before the topcoat.
Does the tub keep once opened?
It is a screw-top tub, so yes if you close it properly and wipe the rim before you do. Left open it skins over, and once it has gone stiff you cannot bring it back with water.
Is sandpaper included?
No. You get the tub and the plastic scraper. Any fine paper, around 180–240 grit, does the sanding step.
